This Copyright and DMCA Policy explains ownership and complaint procedures for Roast Oracle / suisoku and its generated readings.

Roast Oracle does not claim ownership over X profiles, X posts, or other third-party platform content merely because that content is publicly visible or processed by the service.

Ownership of Roast Oracle

Roast Oracle owns or licenses its website, software, service logic, design, branding, and original site copy, excluding third-party content and rights owned by others.

User-Submitted URLs

Users may submit public profile URLs for reading generation. Submitting a URL does not transfer ownership of the underlying profile, posts, or media to Roast Oracle.

Users are responsible for the URLs they submit.

Public Platform Content

Public platform content remains subject to the rights of its original owners and the rules of the platform on which it was posted.

Generated Readings

Generated readings are provided for personal, non-commercial sharing unless otherwise stated.

Subject to these policies and applicable law, Roast Oracle may permit the purchaser to use the generated reading for personal, lawful purposes.

A user's use of generated output must not violate third-party rights or platform rules.

No Claim of Ownership Over X Content

Roast Oracle does not claim ownership over X profile content, posts, usernames, profile images, or other platform materials belonging to users or other rightsholders.

Copyright Complaints

If you believe content made available through Roast Oracle infringes your copyright, send a written complaint to the contact below with sufficient detail for us to review the claim.

DMCA Notice Requirements

A proper DMCA notice should include:

  • the signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent;
  • identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
  • identification of the material to be removed and enough detail to locate it;
