Roast Oracle is an entertainment service. It provides symbolic readings generated from public-facing profile signals. It does not provide professional advice, diagnosis, prophecy, or social media strategy.

These Terms apply to the website, checkout flow, generated readings, result pages, and related features. The service is intended for personal, lawful use.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use Roast Oracle.

By using the service, you represent that you meet these requirements and that your use does not violate any applicable law or platform rule.

Roast Oracle provides short-form AI-generated readings based on a public X profile URL submitted by a user and public-facing profile signals that the service can access.

The service may offer different reading formats, bundles, or price points. A reading is a digital product delivered through a result page after payment and generation.

Roast Oracle is an entertainment service. It is not a factual assessment, investigative report, prediction engine, or professional service.

Readings may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, silly, oddly specific, or just plain wrong. That is part of the entertainment nature of the service.

Roast Oracle does not provide medical, mental health, legal, financial, career, or social media advice.

Do not rely on any reading to make decisions about health, safety, emergencies, legal rights, finances, employment, education, relationships, or social media strategy.

You may submit an X profile URL for processing. Roast Oracle reads only public-facing profile signals available from that profile through authorized APIs or public sources.

Roast Oracle does not post, reply, like, follow, message, or take action on X on your behalf. It does not access private messages, non-public account data, or protected content unless a public source makes that content available.

Roast Oracle sells instantly generated digital goods. Payment is required before a reading is generated and delivered.

Pricing, product tiers, and availability may change. Your purchase is for the delivered reading, not for ongoing account services, investment value, or future updates.

Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy at /legal/refund.

Because Roast Oracle provides instantly generated digital readings, all sales are final once a reading has been generated, except where required by law.

You are responsible for the URLs you submit, the way you use the service, and the way you use, share, or republish generated readings.

You agree not to submit content or profile targets for unlawful harassment, stalking, discrimination, impersonation, fraud, or other abusive purposes.

You may not use Roast Oracle to:

• harass, threaten, defame, or target protected classes;
• make employment, housing, lending, insurance, medical, or legal decisions;
• build dossiers, perform surveillance, or infer sensitive traits for consequential use;
• misrepresent the reading as factual, official, or endorsed by a third party;
• attempt to interfere with the service, payment flow, or security controls.

Roast Oracle uses AI-assisted generation, including providers accessed through Poe and related model providers. AI-generated content can contain mistakes, hallucinations, bias, or content that you find objectionable.

You understand that outputs are generated automatically and may not reflect factual reality, context, or current events.

Roast Oracle does not guarantee that any profile read, output, result URL, or feature will be accurate, complete, current, secure, or uninterrupted.

The service may change, pause, or become unavailable at any time, including because of third-party API limits, infrastructure issues, or maintenance.

Roast Oracle and its website, software, branding, copy, visual design, and service logic are owned by the service operator or its licensors.

Subject to these Terms, you may use your generated reading for personal, lawful purposes. You are responsible for ensuring your use does not infringe third-party rights or violate platform rules.

Roast Oracle depends on third-party services, including payment processors, hosting providers, databases, AI providers, and platform APIs.

Your use of those services may also be subject to separate third-party terms and policies, including Stripe, Poe, X, Supabase, and hosting or infrastructure providers.

Roast Oracle is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by X Corp., Twitter, Stripe, Poe, OpenAI, Anthropic, or any other third-party platform.

Roast Oracle does not post, reply, like, follow, message, or take action on X on your behalf.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roast Oracle and its operators, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost business, or reputational harm arising from or related to the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of Roast Oracle for any claim relating to a paid reading will not exceed the amount you paid for that reading.

Roast Oracle is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

Roast Oracle disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that outputs will be accurate or suitable for your needs.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Roast Oracle and its operators from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of the service, your submitted URLs, your misuse of generated readings, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Roast Oracle may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service, including pricing, reading formats, supported providers, or legal pages, at any time.

Updated Terms become effective when posted unless a later effective date is stated.

To the extent permitted by law, these Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
