This Policy applies to Roast Oracle websites, checkout pages, result pages, related APIs, and support communications.

By using the service, you acknowledge the collection and use of information described in this Policy.

Depending on how you use the service, we may collect:

• the X profile URL submitted by the user;
• public X profile data and public posts retrieved through authorized APIs or public sources;
• payment metadata from Stripe, such as checkout session identifiers, amount, currency, payment status, and country data;
• an email address if provided by Stripe Checkout;
• generated readings, result tokens, and result URLs;
• device, browser, IP, request, and log data generated by normal site operation;
• cookies or analytics information if those tools are enabled.

We use collected information to retrieve public profile signals, generate readings, complete checkout and delivery, prevent fraud, maintain the service, troubleshoot issues, and respond to legal or support requests.

Public X profile data may be used to generate a reading requested by the user.

We may also use logs and operational data to monitor performance, enforce rate limits, and improve reliability.

We may share information with service providers and legal recipients as needed to operate Roast Oracle, including:

• Stripe for checkout, payment processing, and payment-related fraud controls;
• Poe and underlying AI providers for reading generation;
• X API providers or public sources used to retrieve public profile signals;
• Supabase, hosting providers, infrastructure vendors, and database or logging services;
• courts, regulators, law enforcement, or other parties when required for legal compliance, safety, or rights protection.

Roast Oracle is built around public profile reading. If you submit an X profile URL, we may retrieve public-facing profile details and public posts associated with that profile.

We use those public signals to generate a reading. We do not represent that Roast Oracle owns the underlying X content, and we do not access private messages or non-public account data through the normal service flow.

Roast Oracle uses AI processing to generate readings from public profile signals. Inputs and generated outputs may be processed by third-party AI services, including Poe and related model providers.

AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected. Roast Oracle uses AI generation to produce entertainment content, not factual conclusions.

We do not state that public X data is used to train foundation models.

Roast Oracle does not store full credit card numbers. Payments are processed by Stripe.

We may receive payment metadata from Stripe, including checkout session IDs, customer email if provided, payment status, and related order details needed to deliver and support the reading.

We retain generated readings, result tokens, payment metadata, and related logs for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, enforce our policies, and comply with legal, tax, or accounting obligations.

Result URLs should be treated carefully. Anyone who knows a result URL may be able to access that reading, so do not share it unless you want others to see it.

You may request deletion of your reading record or result URL by contacting us at the email below. We may keep limited records where retention is required for legal compliance, dispute resolution, tax, accounting, or fraud prevention.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the service. No internet service or storage system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

California residents may request access to, deletion of, or correction of certain personal information, subject to identity verification and applicable exceptions. We will evaluate requests in good faith even if Roast Oracle may not meet every statutory threshold that triggers full CCPA or CPRA coverage.

California users may contact us to request access, deletion, correction, or information about data practices.

We do not sell personal information.

We do not knowingly share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Roast Oracle does not currently share personal information for targeted advertising purposes.

If that practice changes in the future, we will update this Policy before making that change.

Roast Oracle is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18 through the normal service flow.

Roast Oracle may be operated and hosted in jurisdictions different from your own. By using the service, you understand that your information may be processed and stored in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version becomes effective when posted unless a later date is stated.
