Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how Roast Oracle / suisoku handles payment issues for its paid digital readings.
Because Roast Oracle provides instantly generated digital readings, all sales are final once a reading has been generated, except where required by law.
Digital Product
Roast Oracle sells digital products, not physical goods, subscriptions, or managed services. A purchase unlocks a generated reading delivered through a result page.
One Payment, One Reading
One successful payment is intended to produce one paid reading or one paid bundle, depending on the product selected at checkout.
All Sales Final After Generation
All sales are final after a reading has been generated and made available, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
Dissatisfaction with tone, symbolism, humor, style, or perceived accuracy does not by itself entitle a purchaser to a refund.
Failed Generation
If you paid but no reading was generated, we may provide a retry, replacement reading, or refund after reviewing the issue.
Duplicate Charges
If you believe you were charged more than once for the same intended purchase, contact us and include the relevant checkout or receipt details so we can review the duplicate charge.
If you were charged twice for the same reading, contact us and include the Stripe receipt or transaction information.
Accidental Purchase
If you believe a purchase was accidental, contact us promptly. We will review the circumstances, but once a reading has been generated, refunds are generally not available except where required by law.
Abuse or Fraud
We may deny refunds, retries, or replacements where we reasonably suspect abuse, fraud, chargeback manipulation, automated misuse, or policy evasion.
How to Request Help
Send the request from the same email used at checkout, if available, and include the X profile URL, payment date, and any receipt or session details that will help us locate the transaction.
